A highlight of last week’s WWW2006 conference was a presentation on cyber-crime by a senior FBI officer. It was almost a how-to in that it showed how easy it is to get credit card details, passwords, and other “secrets” using not much more than Google. We’ve featured this back in the olden days, but DnC would be remiss if we did not update you with some pointers on this topic, so here’s the ihackstuff Google Hacking Database and here’s an explanatory page with pictures if that’s intimidating. DnC is not responsible if you make illegal use of these pointers.
