T-Shirt Hell
Posted by Martin Poulter on 23 March 2003
Warning: no nudity, no violence, but extremely tasteless humour. The people who brought you “I F**KED THE GIRL IN HANSON” show off their ever-expanding collection, including “BY THE TIME YOU READ THIS YOU’VE ALREADY READ IT”, “YOUR FISH SMELLS LIKE PUSSY” “THIS IS MY CLONE” and “I WENT TO WASHINGTON DC AND ALL I GOT WAS SHOT BY THE SNIPER!”
Appropriately enough, the creators themselves comment, “Just because we sell these t-shirts doesn’t mean we condone actually purchasing them.”

You have to have watched a certain Bruce Willis film to get the humour here, but this is brilliantly done.

Xiao Xiao Flash Animations
Posted by Martin Poulter on 22 March 2003
It came out a few years ago and this series of (Korean?) Flash animations and games is arguably unexcelled in terms of direction and quality. The martial arts on display is more watchable than a lot of recent Hollywood output.
It’s very masculine entertainment: pure Matrix-style violence, with no context and no dialogue but a thick dose of humour, which comes partly from that fact that all the characters are stick figures. Newgrounds present all nine episodes along with other animators’ attempts to mimic the XiaoXiao style.

Worth1000.com

A remarkable Photoshop challenge site, with seemingly daily challenges. Here the emphasis is on imaginative and skilled image manipulation, rather than on the humour. There are also photoshopping tutorials and a searchable image library.

A bunch of Sinatra hits are edited into a comment on September 11 2001.
Chris Morris’ edit of the Queen’s speech which got him sacked from GLR.
Bushwhacked 1 by Chris Morris (Bushwhacked 2 just isn’t as funny)
From the mid-90s, a very very blasphemous editing of tele-evangelist Pat
Robertson by SubGenius artist Fernandinande

A series of excellent short films that complement the release of the forthcoming Matix sequels.
