This three minute preview conveys the classic dialogue, gratuitous violence, odd… pauses, bad acting, soft rock and over-the-top fight scenes of the classic “Deadly Prey”. Contains scenes of murder, misogyny and oiled male pectorals. Why don’t they make ’em like this any more?

LSD Experiments on British Soldiers

Both the US and UK military have experimented with more humane, non-lethal ways of disabling opposing troops. The US experiments involved trying to cultivate paranormal powers, as documented by Jon Ronson in his book and documentary “The Men Who Stare At Goats”, which inspired the Hollywood film of the same name. This archive footage from the Imperial War Museum shows the UK version of non-lethal warfare, with a classically plummy narration.
