The US site has been blogged before but the show has since transferred to the UK and, I can testify, it is absolutely fantastic fun.
On the site you can listen to and watch songs from the musical and, more importantly, book tickets. The show is in London until September at the moment.
Once again the Bristol Community Festival approaches. Don’t go for the headline acts (Simple Minds? meh). Go for the many great local acts - punk, electronic, acoustic - on the Blackout, Acoustic and other stages. The comedy is occasionally excellent. In the past I’ve raved about Don Hertzfeld’s hilariously twisted and sick short animation about adverts that are rejected. Now thanks to YouTube you get to see it online. “My anus is bleeding!” “Woooo! Yaaaaay!”
